The Takaful TALEM Internship Program, under the TALEM Academy (Takaful Academy for Learning Management), is proud to announce its 2nd Batch of fresh graduate opportunities. This six-month rotational internship is designed to equip talented graduates with practical work experience, professional exposure, and essential soft skills through structured learning and on-the-job training across key departments within Takaful Oman Insurance.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM A CANDIDATE:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Candidates must be currently unemployed.
- Candidates should preferably have graduated within the last three years.
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in the insurance and financial services industry.
- Candidates should possess a passion for learning, professional growth, and continuous development.
- Candidates must be fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
