Takaful TALEM Internship Program Fresh Graduate Opportunity (6 Months)
The Takaful TALEM Internship Program is an exciting new initiative launched by Takaful Oman Insurance under its TALEM Academy (Takaful Academy for Learning Management). This six-month rotational internship is designed to provide recent graduates with valuable hands-on experience, professional development, and soft skills training across key departments within the company.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM A CANDIDATE:
- Candidates must hold at least a Diploma/bachelor's degree.
- Candidates must be currently unemployed or employed in a part-time/non-permanent role not aligned with their long-term career goals
- Candidates should preferably have graduated within the last 3 years
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in the insurance or financial services
- sector and a passion for learning and development
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
